Event security with licensed crowd controllers, an approved plan, and traffic control on the same contract. One supervisor for the whole site.
Where the queue forms, how many gates you open, whether egress collides with the car park exit, and what happens when it rains and everyone leaves at once. We start with a site walk and your risk assessment, then write the plan.
Every event security plan is written for approval, councils and venues that require one get it in a format they will accept. If your numbers or format change, the plan changes with it.
Set against your approval conditions and risk, not a guess. A plan built for 400 does not work for 900.
Ticket and wristband checks, bag searches to the standard in your conditions of entry, and ID and age verification.
So your team, our supervisors and the venue are on the same net before doors open.
Who calls, when, and what information they give. Agreed in advance rather than decided in the moment.
Routes, muster points and who holds which door, aligned with the venue emergency plan.
The part most operators underestimate, when crowd, vehicles and trucks all want the same exit.
In most jurisdictions crowd control is a separate licence class, and using an unendorsed officer puts your event and your liquor licence at risk. Every officer rostered to a crowd control position holds the endorsement for that state, and we operate to ASIAL industry standards.
Accredited traffic controllers under an approved traffic guidance scheme. Ingress, egress, pedestrian crossings, parking marshalling and road closures, coordinated with council and police.
First point of contact for medical episodes, lost children and anyone unwell or distressed, including reunification and handover to your first aid provider.
Incident log, ejection log, capacity records, anything reported to police, and what to change next time. Recurring events start from the last debrief.
Where an event is beyond a single supervisor’s span we run a command structure with a site controller and zone supervisors.
Event security for markets, festivals, Australia Day and carols, with the approval paperwork councils expect.
Gate, perimeter and pitch-side coverage, plus licensed area management.
Crowd control endorsement, RSA support, intoxication assessment at the door and refusal management.
Discreet event security, accreditation checks and VIP or speaker movement.
Officers screened for the setting and briefed on your child-safe requirements.
Short-notice bookings handled regularly, subject to licensed staff availability.
Send us the date, venue and expected numbers and we will come back with an event security plan and a fixed price.
Your liquor licence, venue conditions or council approval usually set a minimum ratio, commonly one per hundred patrons, and risk pushes it up from there. Alcohol, a late finish, mixed age groups, standing crowds and a single egress point all add officers. We give a number after reading your approval conditions.
Two to three weeks for a standard event gives time to write the plan and roster licensed staff. We take short-notice work regularly, but late bookings limit which officers are available.
We prepare traffic guidance schemes and work to your approved permit. The permit is issued to the event organiser, so we support the application rather than lodge it in our own name.
First aid or ambulance is called immediately, the scene is preserved, witnesses are identified and a written incident report is completed the same night. If it becomes a claim you have a contemporaneous record rather than a recollection.
We coordinate with your first aid provider, and can bring in a licensed medical provider as part of the same booking where you need one arranged.
Cancellation terms are in the quote and we would rather be explicit about them upfront. Postponement to a rescheduled date is normally accommodated where staff can be re-rostered.
Yes, including overnight compound security between days, which is usually where equipment losses happen.
Event security is priced hourly per officer with a minimum call-out, varying by jurisdiction, day of week and finish time. The quote separates security, crowd control and traffic so you can see what each part costs.
Your date, venue and expected numbers are enough to get started. We will come back with officer numbers, a plan and a fixed price.
We collect the name, email, phone and message you enter here, and we use them only to answer your enquiry and quote the work. We do not sell your details. Read our Privacy Policy.
