ALARM & CCTV MONITORING

Monitoring with our own officers on the other end.

Alarm and CCTV monitoring from a control room that watches, with patrol officers who attend. Detection and response from the same provider, so nobody is waiting on a third party at 3am.

Most sites pay for monitoring and pay for guards.
They find out during a break-in that the two never talk.

The monitoring centre calls a keyholder, the keyholder is asleep, and by the time anyone attends the site has been open for an hour. We monitor and we attend. When an alarm activates, dispatch happens from the control room immediately rather than after a phone tree. You are still called, but the officer is already moving.

HOW AN ACTIVATION RUNS

What happens between the alarm and the report.

Every step is timestamped, and the times appear on the report you receive the same night.

01

Assessed against your site profile

Which zone, what time, whether the site should be occupied, whether a contractor was booked in. The alarm is read in context rather than treated as one undifferentiated event.

02

Verified on camera where cameras exist

Operators look before they dispatch, which cuts the false attendances you would otherwise pay for and gives police a live description instead of a guess.

03

Dispatched from the nearest vehicle

The officer is moving while you are being called. Response is not queued behind a keyholder phone tree.

04

External check on arrival

Officer determines whether entry has been forced, then either secures the site or holds position and calls police.

05

Written report the same night

Time of activation, time of arrival, what was found, what was done, who was called, and photographs.

YOUR RESPONSE MAP

You decide what gets an officer and what gets a call.

The response is set by you, zone by zone, and agreed at setup rather than assumed. Some clients want attendance on every activation. Others want attendance on perimeter and internal zones but a phone call only on a plant fault at 2am.

Intruder, duress, fire panel and plant alarms monitored around the clock
Response rule set per zone, not per site
Reviewed with you after the first month against real activation data
Open and close monitoring, with an exception raised when the site is not armed on time
A call when the site is disarmed outside your normal window
WHAT YOU GET

Detection, response and the paperwork that follows.

Reporting and portal access are part of the fee, not a line item added later.

CCTV monitoring

Live CCTV monitoring from the control room, continuously or triggered by analytics and alarm events. Operators verify before dispatching.

Guard response

Officers dispatched from the nearest patrol vehicle, with GPS on every attendance so arrival times are checkable rather than claimed.

A written rule about entry

Officers do not enter a building where there is any indication someone is still inside. That is decided in advance, not left to judgement at 3am.

Open and close monitoring

The control room sees when your site is armed and disarmed, and calls when the pattern breaks.

Monthly activation review

Activations by zone and time, attendance times, false alarm causes and what was done about each one.

A live portal

Activations and attendances appear as they happen, so you are not waiting on a monthly summary to know what occurred.

FALSE ALARMS

We attend them, so we work on reducing them.

False activations cost money and train people to ignore alarms. After the first month we go through the activation data with you and deal with the causes rather than the symptoms.

The sensor pointed at an air conditioning vent
The door with a failing reed switch
The cleaner arriving before the schedule says
Zones armed on a timer that no longer matches how the site is used
Every cause logged, with what was changed and whether it worked
WHO USES IT

Sites that are empty when it matters most.

Alarm and CCTV monitoring works hardest where it is paired with patrols. The patrol deters, the alarm detects, and the same officer attends.

Warehouses and distribution

Large footprints, high-value stock and long unoccupied periods overnight and across weekends.

Retail after hours

Shopfront glass, rear loading doors and cash handling windows that sit exposed once staff have gone.

Construction compounds

Site sheds, plant and copper. Compounds move as the project moves, and the zone map moves with them.

Car dealerships and storage

Open yards where a perimeter activation needs eyes on it before anyone drives across town.

Council depots and facilities

Community buildings, depots and sports facilities where activations are frequent and mostly benign until they are not.

Vacant property

Between tenancies, when there is nobody on site to notice a door standing open for three days.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

If yours is not here, call 1300 170 891. We will tell you what your panel can and cannot do at the assessment rather than after you have signed.

In most cases yes. Modern panels can be re-signalled to our control room without replacing hardware. If your panel is old enough that it cannot, we will tell you that at the assessment rather than after you have signed. We operate to ASIAL industry standards.

It depends on distance from the nearest patrol vehicle at that moment. We give you a realistic metro or regional response window for your specific address at quote stage, and the actual arrival time appears on every attendance report so you can hold us to it.

No. We can monitor and call your nominated keyholders if you prefer. Most clients move to guard response after the first time a keyholder has to drive across town at 2am.

Our officer stays until police clear the scene, provides a statement, and secures the site afterwards where it can be secured. If the building cannot be secured we can hold an officer on site until a locksmith or your team arrives. That is billed hourly and you are told before the clock starts.

Attendances are billed, including false ones, which is why we work on reducing them. What we do not do is bill for an attendance we did not make, and the GPS record on every report is there so you can check.

A monthly alarm and CCTV monitoring fee per site plus a per-attendance rate for response. Both are fixed in the quote, with no separate charge for reporting or portal access.

Yes, and it is the most common arrangement. The patrol schedule and the alarm response run off the same procedure, so the officer attending already knows the site.

Monitoring and response operate under our master licences: NSW M/L 000102831, VIC Z10 753 00S, QLD 46699701, WA 77795, SA ISL 327037 and ACT 17502853. ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified, ASIAL member, CM3 pre-qualified.
